Order and Delivery
This will be subject to stock being available. If we cannot supply the goods, we will advise you by email or phone providing the reason for the delay. You will be asked either to confirm the order or cancel the order. If the order is cancelled the “Full Value Paid” will be refunded.
Refunds and Credit
We do not accept returns on most products. We are unable to accept returns on used products. Products that can be returned must be unopened products purchased at “Eco Group New Zealand Limited” and must be returned within 10 days of your invoice. Please contact us before returning the product to us.
Please note that we are unable to refund Freight Costs associated with the Delivery and/or return.
Delivery
On the payment of the order you will receive a confirmation email summarising the delivery arrangements. We use Post Haste Couriers within NZ to provide the delivery process to our customers.
Orders received are processed daily and will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. A Tracking Number is sent by email with your Invoice Number when your Order has been dispatched.
Deliveries will not be left on your premises if nobody is home unless you expressly request that service. If redelivery is attempted you may be charged a second delivery fee. We do not accept any responsibility for theft or loss of goods once goods are delivered. Please contact us directly if you would like alternative delivery arrangements. For security reasons we cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. If you live in the country and items are delivered to a Post Office or central collection point please provide the physical address, not the PO Box.
Freight charges are passed to customers and reflect rates current at the particular time.

South Island Orders – within 3 – 5 days
Billing Payments
We use the Payment Express Limited service offered by the Bank of New Zealand to facilitate this process. If you make a payment on Eco Group Online Shopping, Payment Express will process your payment. Payment Express will encrypt and store your payment card number securely, in accordance with Payment Express” Privacy Policy available at https://www.paymentexpress.com/privacypolicy. Payment Express protects personal information (at a minimum) to the Payment Card Industry Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
Your payment card number is not held by and is never revealed to us.
Credit Card options are as follows – Visa and Mastercard Only.
As we are a New Zealand domiciled Business all payments will be billed in New Zealand Currency. We do not accept Overseas Transactions.
Transactions will appear with wording “ECO Group New Zealand Limited” on your statement.
Purchase Orders
These are accepted upon pre-approval for Businesses only. This will require a Credit Application.
